2016

The first IPO of TXM S.A. takes places and the Company’s shares are put on the market at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.

2015

Adesso S.A. is transformed into TXM S.A.

2014

A minority package of 25% of the shares of the subsidiary Adesso is sold to the investment fund 21 Concordia for the price equal to PLN 35 million. The brand Top Secret is awarded the title “Fashion Excellence 2014” by the Polish magazine “Twój Styl” (“Your Style”) in the category: Polish popular company.

2013

Adesso sp. z o.o. SKA is transformed into Adesso S.A.

2012

Redan S.A. issues corporate bonds.

2011

A new brand Drywash is placed on the market and offers sporty and casual collections of clothes.

2010

The development strategy of the Redan Group for the years 2010-2012 is presented and is to focus on the dynamic development of the Company on the basis of two pillars of its activity: the fashion and discount markets. The TXM chain opens its 200th store which is also the 400th retail store of the Redan Group. The Internet store of the brand Top Secret is launched in Ukraine. The new formula of the franchise contracts is introduced in Ukraine. The sale of clothing (under separate brands along with Top Secret and Troll) to the hypermarket chains is terminated.

2009

A private issue of new shares in the value of PLN 15 million is carried out and new shareholders Sylwester and Dorota Cacek are gained. The first multibrand store Top Secret&Friends is launched. The Internet store of Troll is launched. The companies Euroredan s.r.o. and Redan s.r.o. are put into liquidation due to the lack of profitability and all retail stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia are liquidated. The brand Top Secret is awarded the title “Fashion Excellence 2009” by the Polish magazine “Twój Styl” (“Your Style”) in the category: Polish popular company – day clothing.

2008

The 100th store of Top Secret opens. The Internet store of Top Secret is launched. The legal form of Adesso S.A. is transformed into Adesso Sp. z o.o. S.K.A.

2007

The formula of the franchise contracts for Troll stores is changed. The company Beta-Reda-Ukraine TOV is founded to support the retail sale of the brands of the Redan Group across Ukraine.

2005

The 100th store of TXM opens. The formula of the franchise contracts for Top Secret stores is changed. The company Alfa-Reda-Ukraine TOV is founded in Ukraine to carry out the sale of Redan’s brand products in the territory of Ukraine. The first store of the brand Top Secret opens in Kiev (Ukraine). The wholesale of clothes is terminated (under separate brands along with Top Secret and Troll).

2004

Troll Market Sp. z o.o. is founded and takes over the chain of retail stores of the brand Troll and a chain of stands with lingerie of the brand Trendstation. Two foreign subsidiaries of Redan are founded: Euroredan s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and Redan s.r.o. in Slovakia. First stores of the brand Top Secret open in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

2003

A new development strategy is adopted to focus on the retail distribution channels and to launch a new own chain of retail stores under the brand Top Secret. Redan debuts at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw. Redan purchases a package of shares of Adesso S.A. and takes up nearly 100% of the company’s shares.

2002

Top Secret Sp. z o.o. is founded (under the original business name Redan Market Sp. z o.o.) to manage the store chain of the brand Top Secret. The company is a 100% subsidiary of Redan S.A. The first retail store under the brand Top Secret opens. The first advertising campaign of the brand Top Secret is carried out under the slogan “Clothes are strictly confidential”. Further shares of Adesso S.A. are taken up by Redan.

2001

Redan takes up 25% of the shares of Adesso, a company operating the TXM chain of stores.

2000

The first store of the TXM chain opens (the chain did not belong to the Redan Group at that time).

1999

Troll enters the market (the brand did not belong to the Redan Group at that time).

1996

Top Secret is launched.

1995

Redan is founded by Dariusz Jarosiński, Leszek Kapusta and the current majority shareholder Radosław Wiśniewski.
