Sławomir Lachowski

He graduated with distinction from the Department of Trade of the Central School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw, as well as from his post-graduate studies in macroeconomic at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz (1980/1981 and 1988/1989) and the University of Zurich (1984). He has many years of experience in the banking sector. He has acted in the management boards of Polish banks for many years, recently as President of the Management Board of BRE Bank S.A., Vice-President of the Management Board of PKO BP SA, and formerly of PBG S.A. in Łódź. He created a new model of the retail Internet bank, one offering break-throughs in innovation and successfully launched it in Poland (mBank). He acted in the supervisory boards of well-established financial institutions, including BRE Bank Hipoteczny, Intermarket Bank AG, BRE Wealth Management, Hochtief Construction AG, etc. At the moment, he runs a strategic advisory company called SL Consulting.

Leszek Kapusta

Leszek Kapusta holds a M.A. degree in history, having graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the University of Lodz. Leszek Kapusta also completedhis studies at the Polish and American Management Centre (the programme conducted by Maryland State University and the University of Lodz). In the years 1995 -2006, he acted as Vice-President of the Management Board of Redan S.A. and was responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the commercial policy (elaborating sales standards, training employees, implementing organizational procedures). In the years 2003-2006, he belonged to the Supervisory Board of Adesso S.A. with its registered office in Andrychów. Starting from 2006, he held the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Redan Centrum Finansowe sp. z o.o. in Łódź, while starting from 2010, he was employed on the position of the Analysis and IT Director of Redan S.A. and supervised the implementation of the personnel policy in the companies of the Capital Group on behalf of the Management Board. He was responsible for creating and implementing the IT policy, including the implementation of the enterprise management system and the supervision over employee trainings. Leszek Kapusta holds the position of Vice-President of the Foundation “Happy Kids”.

Monika Kaczorowska

She holds a degree in finance, economics and accounting, as well as has many years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance. In 1997, she graduated from the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz, field of study: Accounting and Financial Management. In 2001, she was awarded the certificate of professional booking by the Ministry of Finance. She has a wealth of experience on the positions of the Chief Accountant, both in private and state-owned companies.

Piengjai Wiśniewska

She graduated from the field of Assumption Business Administration of the Bangkok University. She is a graduate of the California State University in San Bernardino (USA), where she received the MBA title. Over the past two decades, she has managed and owned commercial companies, which provided her with a wealth of experience in the cooperation with suppliers from the Far East, in particular with the exporters of clothing.

Radosław Wiśniewski

Radosław Wiśniewski has over twenty years of experience in managing companies and the clothing business. He graduated from  the Medical Faculty of the Medical University of Łódź (with the title of lekarz medycyny). He also studied at the Polish – American Center of Management (a programme organised by the Maryland State University and the University of Łódź), and was awarded an Executive MBA – EMBA Certificate awarded by the University of Łódź in cooperation with the University of Maryland, US. He is the founder of Redan S.A. and its majority shareholder. Radosław Wiśniewski was a member of the Supervisory Board of Redan S.A. in 2005 – 2012. In 1995 – 2004 and 2012 – 2014, he was also the President of the Company’s Management Board.
